About
My work is influenced by the integration of several different forms of psychotherapy as well as mindfulness and holistic practices. I integrate EMDR therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, into many aspects of my work. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, cutting and self harm, and bereavement. My ongoing professional development includes levels I, II and III of EMDR training. I am currently qualified to practice EMDR based therapy with adults, adolescents, and children. I have received advanced training in attachment trauma in children from the Attachment and Trauma Center of Nebraska.
