I enjoy working with my clients on issues around identity, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also have extensive experience with codependency, boundaries, substance abuse, and religious, family and sexual trauma, and in supporting LGBTQIA+ communities. Bringing both professional and lived experience into the room, I strive to co-create a space that is affirming, with curiosity, and completely nonjudgmental. My clinical style is warm, direct, and rooted in unconditional positive regard.
