I work with folks of all ages for a variety of different mental health concerns. My approach to therapy is client-centered, compassionate, and warm. It is my goal is to create a safe space to process life's difficulties while offering support, space to process, and coping tools. I collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals, explore personal values, and to build self-confidence while celebrating their strengths and resilience along the way. I've worked in long-term care/skilled nursing, residential ED care, and with kiddos and adults with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and have experience with children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life. I have had professional experience with children with autism, adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, as well as their caregivers and loved ones.
