Have you done talk therapy before and not felt it click? I welcome therapy “veterans” who are looking for a fresh approach. I integrate somatic and depth psychotherapies: meaning I will support you in utilizing all of the wonderful insight you have accumulated about your self, your history and your relationships -and pair that self-knowledge with an embodied understanding of your moment-to-moment process and experience. This means fostering a deeper mind-body connection so that you have a clearer roadmap of patterns or stuck points in your thoughts and emotions, and tools for nervous system regulation to create new ways of being. If you are new to therapy - I congratulate you on taking this step to seek relief and support. My integrated approach is welcoming to all—as I meet you where you are at and set a comfortable pace for exploration. I will also invite you to share the parts of yourself that come alive through your interests, fantasies, passions, and play.
