I’m a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, grief/loss, overwhelming life stress, among others. In addition, I work regularly with Spanish-speaking populations. Many of the individuals I work with appear to be functioning on the outside, yet internally feel exhausted, stuck, or weighed down by emotions they’ve been carrying for a long time. Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation designed to get to know each other and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore the challenges you’ve been facing and what you hope might change. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
