I practice a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), personality disorders, schizophrenia, and various day-to-day issues. As someone who has worked with a wide range of client populations, I discovered my true passion lies in serving individuals living with mental health diagnoses and educating others about mental health stigmas and the critical importance of mental health in relation to spiritual health. My efforts aim to create a more empathetic and understanding community.
