Great to meet you! Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and clinical supervisor. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I provide EMDR trauma therapy in addition to parent coaching tailor fit to your child's age and developmental stage and healing for anxiety and depression. A bit about my approach to therapy My approach is having an authentic relationship that works for both of us. My main goal is that you feel safe in session and in your life through healing and strengthening your resiliency for the future. I have continued my advanced training in eye movement, desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
