Whether you're navigating trauma, stress, or other obstacles in life, our work will be focused on finding lasting solutions that bring you peace and clarity. My approach is derived from compassion and the belief that healing begins within through self-empowerment, increased awareness and understanding. I specialize in trauma work with the goal of assisting with resolving past traumatic experiences.
