Whether you’re grappling with life changes, anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma, I am willing to meet you where you are. I particularly enjoy working with young adults and those who are new to therapy who are interested in developing self awareness, coping skills, and resilience. I love the process of getting to know people and figuring out what support they need to meet their circumstances, and where they might find the energy to make change. My intention is to provide a safe space for those who may be struggling and to help cultivate understanding, growth, and healing.
