Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, stress and life challenges. Sometimes we get stuck in ways that don't serve us well. Struggles with our present situation, current pain and past hurts limit our ability to enjoy the life we have and meet our full potential.
