My experience includes over fifteen years of working with Adults and Teens toward healing, growth, and necessary change. My approach couples warmth and openness with practical strategies and guidance to explore new ways of coping and healing. In my work, I focus on connecting people with their values and strengths to navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and the challenges we face across our lifespans. I am well-practiced in DBT and CBT and also recognize the importance of openly sharing in a safe and supportive space.
