Strongly driven by inquisitiveness, I hope to understand your worldview and explore how these notions may drive your behavior. By working collaboratively, I hope to work together to identify solutions to your current life dilemmas, pursuing avenues to achieve self-efficacy. I utilize a person-centered approach with a combination of using Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
