While life offers no shortage of distress from oppressive systems, personal traumas, and internal conflicts, therapy offers a space to slow down and come further into the wisdom of our present awareness. I work well with introspective people who want to deepen their insight into themselves and get curious about what causes them pain or gets in their way, as well as what brings meaning, joy, and connection. My presence as a therapist is compassionate, inquisitive, and actively engaged. My perspective is IFS-informed and rooted in psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches.
