My ideal client is thoughtful, capable, and quietly exhausted. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting. On the outside, they function; on the inside, they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense. They want more than coping skills — they want clarity, steadiness, and relief. Their goal isn’t to “fix” themselves, but to feel calmer, more confident, and less at war with their own brain. My ideal client wants to feel more like themselves again, because being stuck on autopilot isn’t living, it's surviving. I specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and perinatal/postpartum mental health. I offer collaborative, down-to-earth therapy that goes deeper than just coping skills. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients understand their patterns and nervous systems so life feels more manageable — with support, clarity, and occasional humor.
