We have parts that have served to protect us through times of stuck-ness, difficult life transitions, grief and loss, health experiences and pain, emotional injury, betrayal, and disconnection. Internal struggles might be keeping you from a full, authentic connection for you and your partner/s. I can guide you towards opportunities to deepen intimacy, resolve conflicts, repair, and feel more loved and understood- inside and out! While I can support those experiencing many clinical needs given my extensive training and background, my areas of specialty include: Adolescent and adult trauma, Loss and transition, Addicted parts, Chronic illness and pain, Anxiety, and Psychedelic Prep/Integration. I primarily offer IFS, EMDR, and somatic support for individuals and couples/partnerships.
