Whether this is your first time trying out therapy or whether you are looking for the right fit with a therapist that you can connect with. Kudos to you for being here! I strive to challenge you when you need it in a welcoming safe space and also to simply listen to you on the days that you need to be heard. Together we can make the necessary adjustments that will allow you to live a fullfilling life and reach your goals. During our first session, we will have a conversation to get to know each other.
