I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been a therapist for four years, and I've been working in the social work field for nine years. I love hiking, camping, hanging out with my sweet terrier mix dog, and generally being outside! I enjoy working with teenagers and adults of all ages. My ideal client is someone who wants to make a change in the way they feel, even if they don't quite know how to do that yet. We can break it down into more manageable pieces and tackle it together.
