Welcome! My main goal as a therapist is to support my clients to be more present (living more consciously and intentionally), while increasing the quality of their well-being. I believe both walk together. I support my clients finding clarity around their real motivations and longings and moving towards what they want in life - aligned with their values and authentic being. This process includes affirming their strengths, deeper knowing and developed intelligence. It also includes expanding their awareness around their unconscious patterns, conditionings and defense strategies, so they can be more fully at choice in their lives.
