My goal as a therapist is to help my clients develop the skills they need to navigate their way through life as well as provide support through all of life's experiences. I provide culturally aware services that take into account the individual client's unique make-up; in regards to age, gender, sexuality, culture, ethnicity, etc., combined with the issue that they are facing to ensure the best care possible. Together we'll work on achieving your goals in a non-judgemental setting.
