First and foremost, it's important to me that you feel heard. Feeling heard is the cornerstone of building a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I believe that healing happens when a person feels like someone really 'gets it'. At NOCD, my team and I provide personalized and effective specialized treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling). Our understanding of these conditions enables us to diagnose and treat them properly. We have training in evidence-based treatments, including Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
