I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist with a clinical career specializing in substance abuse, life transitions, anxiety and depression. I have now transitioned to private practice to work with individuals needing support in their daily lives. I enjoy helping adults face the challenges of work, marriage, and parenthood while also helping them navigate anxiety, depression, stress and substances. I believe in a solution-based approach and helping my patients build skills that they can bring forward into their everyday lives. I look forward to hearing from you!
