We lose so much of ourselves through the loss of a loved one and/or a traumatic experience. It is so lonely having people in your life that seem to have just continued living their life like nothing has happened when you are just trying to survive each day. I work with clients that feel stuck in their trauma and grief, helping them feel calm in their minds, at ease in their bodies and moving through the loss they have experienced so that they can finally exhale.
