My goal as a therapist is to help clients along their journey to healing by providing empathy, being a supportive listener, and implementing coping skills to help during times of need. I hope to help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted and personalized mental healthcare while empowering clients to make informed choices, meeting them where they are, and helping them achieve their individual goals for therapy. y specialties include working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma. I utilize CBT, Mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, with both a client-centered and strength-based approach to therapy.
