My gentle and authentic therapeutic approach starts with the belief that each person already has everything they need within them to get to where they want to go. And, that most people still feel stuck in life despite this. Therefore, I feel passionately about meeting my clients where they are at to help them get to where they want to be. Navigating a broken world takes a toll on the heart, mind, and body. I want my clients to feel seen and heard as they venture to heal all of these.
