Do feel that you aren't participating fully in life? Are you struggling with depression and anxiety? Do you want to begin a journey of self exploration but aren't sure how? There are times when it is difficult to navigate our journey and a helping hand is needed. I will walk with you to resolve barriers to well-being caused by trauma, mood issues, grief and personal stressors. You will be given a secure emotional space in which to explore and work on life issues which are important to you. It is time to take the opportunity to spend much needed time being curious about yourself.
