In the first session, we’ll establish clear goals for what you’d like to focus on and begin creating the road map for doing so. The trajectory of the deeper work reflects the needs of each individual; I feel that my job is to listen to you and provide what you need in the moment, whether it’s a kind ear, more direct guidance, or both. I am always looking to stay current on contemporary perspectives and approaches in clinical practice, particularly in regard to changing views on trauma, women’s experiences, and the mental health of marginalized communities.
