I have over fifteen years of experience as a licensed and registered psychologist, with additional internship experience in counseling adults and older adults from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am trained in various Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), including Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition to psychotherapy, I offer neurofeedback therapy services, which involve direct brain training to improve brain function and address issues such as anxiety, depression, attention deficits, and sleep disorders.
