As a counselor I blend empathy, creativity, and strategic thinking to guide you toward emotional healing and personal transformation. Specializing in Parts work, Person-Centered, and EMDR, I offer support for a range of people. I deeply enjoy working with couples, including those in ENM relationships, enhancing communication through connectedness. I also love working with children, who teach me the power of being your whole self and living in the present. As a parent, I adore helping parents overcome societal pressures and parental guilt, guiding them from survival mode to a state of regulation and well-being.
