I’m a Mental Health therapist that provides telehealth services to adults that are struggling with grief and trauma. I am a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, EMDR Trained, and Trauma-Informed Care. If I could treat and teach more about grief and trauma for the rest of my life, I would continue to do so every day. When considering an ideal client, I think of a person that is eager for change and has the willingness to learn.
