They may struggle in their relationships, have difficulty managing life transitions, and experience changes in mood/ behavior in response to stress. I recognize these challenges and understand the nuances of working with these individuals. Through a warm, yet honest approach, I aim to help you understand your strengths and learn coping mechanisms that are tailored to your way of thinking. I provide therapy to pre-teens, teenagers, and adults with autism, ADHD, and learning disorders who have co-occurring mood symptoms and/or interpersonal challenges. I offer services in English and Spanish. I also conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan.
