I am licensed therapist in Florida (in-person and online) and Connecticut (online), providing bilingual (Spanish/English) services for individuals, couples and families who are ready to face the challenges and start working towards change. My goal is to provide my client's with a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can explore new solutions and gain the tools to deal with Family Conflict/Estrangement, Marriage/Couple Conflict, Parent-Child Issues, Grief/Loss, Emotional Distress, Anxiety/Depression/Anger, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Substance Abuse/Recovery, and Trauma. Every client's life story is unique, therefore, I take an individualized approach to therapy that allows me to meet you where you are, identify your innate strengths, and help you construct meaningful relationships and a fulfilling life.
