Our team provides counseling services, expressive arts therapy groups, workshops, and comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational testing. Our counseling services are tailored to individuals experiencing adjustment issues, aging-related concerns, caregiver or life stress, grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and health-related challenges. We specialize in educational testing and evaluations, including academic assessments for giftedness/IQ, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other learning disabilities. Also, we offer clinical supervision for MSW registered interns working toward licensure. We utilize a combination of approaches in our counseling sessions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive art therapy, emotion regulation, mindfulness, gestalt and various other tools to help clients achieve their goals.
