I mainly see individuals ages 12 and above, with an emphasis on teenagers. My clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, identity issues, peer and family conflicts, and navigating life transitions. Additionally, I provide support to parents seeking guidance, and couples going through relationship strains. My clients are those who are willing, with me as their guide, to work towards emotional well-being through self-awareness, embracing their vulnerabilities, exploring their inner strengths, and welcoming the healing process.
