Aha Therapies is open to working with all clients. We want to provide our clients with support, knowledge, encouragement and the skills to move forward in their life and not need us anymore! Tara works with children, teens, adults and can do family sessions as well. Heather works with adults, and can do family sessions too! What do we want from our clients? Someone who is ready to put in the hard work, someone willing to work the process, someone dedicated to themselves and their goals. We love it when our clients have their AHA moment! We celebrate right along side of you with each step, whether forwards or backwards.
