I’m Ahava, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with college students and young adults navigating the challenges that come with growing into yourself. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship dynamics, or figuring out who you are and where you’re headed, therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and make sense of it all. I offer a space where you can feel heard without judgment, a space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you truly want. Many people I work with are moving through life transitions, pressure to “have it all together,” or the weight of expectations from themselves or others.
