I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating a range of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, addiction, and work-related stress. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.Each person’s journey is unique, and I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs & goals, working at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
