Immediate Availability / My goal is to work with each client to understand their goals for the therapeutic experience. Whether this is to alleviate symptoms of a mental health disorder, adjust to a life transition, explore reoccurring themes, improve self esteem or to simply increase the quality of life, my approach is rooted in a combination of authentic human connection and evidenced based practice. I am truly passionate about the work that I do and am committed to supporting my clients holistically both in and outside of sessions. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), and trained in EMDR, ACT, CBT and others.
