Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, or feeling stuck, I’ll walk alongside you with practical tools, insight, and genuine care. In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we get to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and any goals you might have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—we’ll go at your pace.
