I commend you for taking the next courageous step in seeking out personal healing and restoration! I specialize in treating OCD, perfectionism, anxiety and child and adulthood trauma. I have completed training in ERP to treat OCD through the International OCD Foundation and I am trained in EMDR and ACT as well. I also utilize "parts work", cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness-based strategies to address OCD, perfectionism, anxiety and trauma and to address religious/spiritual/faith-based journeys and challenges as needed. I facilitate several OCD groups, as well as an OCD Consultation Group for fellow clinicians.
