This work is powerful, transformative, and hard. I love it. I’ve been a social worker for the past 15 years, typically drawn to those fighting big monsters like domestic violence, serious mental illness, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. I like to think of myself as a fairly eclectic therapist with the ability to tailor my approach to the client’s needs.
