I support individuals and couples working through grief, trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship stress. Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive or deeply affected by their experiences, and are seeking grounding, clarity, and understanding. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-aware. Together, we explore patterns, needs, boundaries, and communication to strengthen emotional resilience and connection. I offer a supportive space to process, heal, and move toward steadier, more confident living. I offer relational, trauma-informed therapy that supports emotional regulation, communication, grief processing, and nervous system awareness. We work at a pace that feels safe and steady, helping you build resilience, clarity, and meaningful connection within yourself and in relationships.
