As a Clinical Mental Health and Addictions Counselor, I’m passionate about walking alongside adults and elders as they navigate challenges like addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is rooted in person-centered and narrative therapy, meaning I focus on your unique story, strengths, and goals as we work together toward healing. As an enrolled member of the Blackfeet Tribe and a Montana Native, I value connection, family, and the healing power of humor. I deeply value the power of listening and understanding each person’s unique story. In our work together, I draw on evidence-based approaches, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices to support and empower you on your journey.
