My passion has grown out of my experience in offering hope and help to clients struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. I help adult clients find and navigate their path in recovery as well support family members as they find ways to maintain connections in difficult situations. I have experience in guiding clients to find the courage and motivation to make changes over time. I believe that mindfulness creates a path to settle the mind and body and that a connection with nature nurtures the spirit.
