Hi, I am Aimee, a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in the San Diego area. I enjoy working with 16 and up and specialize in LGBTQ+, prenatal and postpartum, women’s issues, and grief issues. I like to help pregnant and new moms achieve the most out of this time and find ways to feel less anxious and depressed and more fulfilled. For people in the LGBTQ+ community, I have specialized in gender health issues since 2014 and have always been an ally. During Covid, I decided to increase my skill and knowledge in assisting people moving through grief and took a few seminars focusing on grief work with David Kessler. I am a very interactive therapist. I like to spend time engaging in active listening and discussions about ways to best tackle issues going on.
