I’m a born-and-raised New Yorker, raised by Caribbean immigrant parents who instilled in me the classic Millennial mantra: “You can achieve anything.” And while that belief fueled my ambition, it also came with a side order of generational challenges—perfectionism, chronic stress, anxiety, and a not-so-charming inability to gracefully handle life transitions. In your first session, we’ll dive into understanding what brought you to therapy and what goals you want to achieve. We’ll map out clear, actionable goals together, ensuring they feel meaningful and aligned with your needs. I’ll gather background information to better understand your story and tailor our approach.
