My ideal client is someone who’s tired of just “holding it all together.” On the outside, they may appear high-functioning, successful, reliable, strong, but inside, they feel disconnected, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many come to me navigating trauma, codependency, burnout, or the deep ache of unmet intimacy. They’re not looking for a quick fix. They want real healing. They want to feel safe in their body again, to reclaim their voice, to stop shrinking or performing for others. They’re longing to access more aliveness, more joy, more truth, more freedom in how they move through the world.
