I particularly enjoy working with individuals who have struggled with, or are resistant to traditional therapy. Navigating life's challenges can feel overwhelming, and for many, it can be difficult to express these feelings using only words. As an intuitive, I am able to connect with clients' energy and emotions to assist them in growing and healing. I frequently incorporate energy work and experiential activities to support them as they process experiences, discover individual strengths, and develop new skills to move through life with confidence. My areas of specialty include trauma, equine-assisted therapy, and energy work. I love my work, and approach each session with warmth and curiosity. My style is laid-back and compassionate, and I use humor as part of the therapeutic process.
