AisleTalk is a private practice with its roots in NYC. We are a stellar team of five therapists who spend our days guiding people through the challenges of being human. We dive deeply with every client—into their struggles, their growth, and their celebrations. We meet people at moments when the hopeful picture they’ve carried in their minds no longer matches their reality. They don’t feel the way they want to feel, or they’re not connecting with others in the ways they hoped. Their vision for life has gotten blurry or veered off course, and we’re here to help them find clarity, steadiness, and a path forward. View 7 Photos We offer individual, family, and couples therapy as well as coaching services for our short-term wedding-focused clients. Our therapists are trained in techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. We also have certifications in premarital counseling.
