I'm a trauma & grief therapist (Internal Family Systems, somatic, EMDR). I help clients who have lingering trauma to heal and feel more at home within themselves. Perhaps you struggle to express your needs or set boundaries. Maybe you deal with perfectionism or self-criticism. Perhaps you fear conflict but desire deeper connection. Many of my clients come to me understanding their problems intellectually, but still feel stuck and unable to create change.
