Families, and the relationships that hold them together, are a part of all of us. Regardless of their beginning or circumstance, they shape us in a multitude of ways. Oftentimes, they can be the source of the happiest and most painful moments in our lives. And, learning how to navigate your way through those relationships, as they change and grow throughout your life, can be hard at times and can make you feel "stuck". That's where I come in.
